Mental Health Awareness Week is hosted by the 'Mental Health Foundation' and this year the theme was KINDNESS.
Kindness strengthens relationships, develops community and is something all human beings need to experience and practise good mental health.
Kindness has proven to reduce stress and can improve confidence and optimism.
Kindness has benefits for both the giver and the receiver.
